With the successful end of the second round of talks between the Government of Ghana and the International Monetary Fund ( IMF) in Washington DC, the Ghanaian economy is hopeful of bouncing back from its recent fiscal imbalances.

Reuters  News Agency on Friday,  October  17, 2014 said Ghana's Deputy Finance Minister Cassiel Ato Forson told the Agency on Thursday after talks with the IMF in Washington that a deal was close and that a decisive meeting would take place in the first week of November.
