DACF gets administration


H.E Prof. John Evans Atta Mills, the President of Ghana, has nominated Mr. Kojo Fynn as the Administrator of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF), in consultation with the Council of State, to replace Mr. Magnus Nicol.

The position by law requires parliamentary approval and Mrs. Joyce Bamford-Addo, the speaker of Parliament has therefore, referred the matter to the Appointment Committee of Parliament for consideration and report.

 Mrs. Bamford-Addo disclosed this in Parliament, when she read a communiqué from the President concerning the nomination.

 Mr. Kojo Fynn is a chartered accountant, a former Finance Director of Standard Chartered Bank and is currently practicing with MGI Hydefynn and Osei, a firm of chartered accountants.
